Pro Flight Search provides flight-disruption intelligence, flight search tools, embeddable resources, and a public read-only MCP server. These terms explain the rules for using the service.
Last updated June 6, 2026
Short version: use Pro Flight Search responsibly, do not treat our data as official operational instructions, and do not use the service for abusive automation or unlawful activity. We provide information tools, not airline, airport, booking, safety, or legal advice.
Who we are
Pro Flight Search operates the website at proflightsearch.com. For questions about these terms, contact hello@proflightsearch.com.
Using the service
By accessing the website, API endpoints, public MCP server, embeds, data downloads, email features, or other Pro Flight Search services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for your own travel decisions. Always confirm flight times, gates, disruptions, booking terms, visa or entry rules, and safety-critical information with the relevant airline, airport, government authority, or official provider.
What Pro Flight Search provides
- Airport delay intelligence: airport-level delay, cancellation, weather, and forecast signals based on Pro Flight Search tracking and third-party data sources.
- Flight search and route context: tools that help users discover flights, direct routes, fares, and related travel information.
- Embeds and open resources: widgets, badges, CSV files, citation pages, and related public resources for websites, journalists, researchers, and AI assistants.
- MCP tools: a public read-only remote MCP server that currently answers airport-level delay questions and does not provide flight-number tracking yet.
Data limitations
Pro Flight Search data is an independent travel-intelligence signal, not official airport or airline operational control. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, cached, estimated, synthesized, or wrong. We may change, remove, relabel, or discontinue data sources, scores, pages, endpoints, tools, or features at any time.
Do not rely on Pro Flight Search as the sole source for safety-critical, operational, financial, legal, or time-sensitive decisions.
Bookings and third-party services
Pro Flight Search may link to airlines, travel providers, data providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, prices, schedules, availability, booking terms, cancellations, refunds, policies, or disputes. Any booking or transaction is between you and the relevant third party.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, platform policies, or these terms.
- Do not overload, scrape abusively, bypass access controls, probe security, interfere with caching or infrastructure, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not submit malware, credentials, payment-card details, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive personal information unless a feature explicitly asks for it. Current public MCP tools do not need that information.
- Do not misrepresent Pro Flight Search data as official airline, airport, government, or air-traffic-control data.
- Do not remove attribution from public widgets, embeds, citations, or datasets where attribution is requested or required.
MCP and API use
The public MCP endpoint is offered for AI assistants and agent clients. It is read-only by default and currently has no account requirement. We may monitor, cache, throttle, block, require authentication for, or discontinue access to MCP/API endpoints if needed for reliability, security, abuse prevention, or product changes.
Attribution and content
You may cite public Pro Flight Search pages and use public widgets or datasets according to the guidance on the relevant page. When citing our live data, attribute it as "Pro Flight Search" and link to the source page. You may not use our brand, logo, or content in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or official status without permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you use the website, API/MCP endpoint, search features, email tools, feedback forms, and related services.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pro Flight Search will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, missed flights, booking losses, or reliance on service outputs.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product, providers, legal requirements, or business needs change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
