Some airport boards remove cancelled flights instead of labelling them, so there is no cancellation figure to read at these airports. The busiest of them:

How many flights are cancelled today?

We read the departure boards at the airports we monitor and record every departure the airport itself marks as cancelled, counting each scheduled flight once. So far today that is 326 cancelled departures out of 49,057 tracked, a rate of 0.7%, with Istanbul (IST) worst at 25. Most airports sit near 1 to 2% on an ordinary day.

These figures come from the airport boards themselves and cover departures leaving each airport, so they will not match an airline's own global cancellation count or a national aviation figure. Airports whose boards omit cancellation status are listed above.
